We have a limited number of beef packages available. This beef was butchered (before the snow and cold came) and dry-aged in November and cut in December.
These packages are around 50lbs of meat, $500 each.
1 package of each kind of steak (2 steaks per package):
Ribeye Steak and Roast

1 roast of each, approx 4-5lbs each:
- Rib Roast
- Cross Rib Roast
