Due to high demand, only orders of a whole beef will include bones, tallow, liver, and other offal. If you have ordered a quarter or half, please let us know if you are interested in bones, liver, or other cuts and we will let you know what we have available once all orders have been taken. (They will be priced separately from your wholesale order.)
